These terms apply to purchases made through the Mean Hamster Software store. Product-specific license terms may also apply.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered through secure download links. Unless a product page or receipt states otherwise, download links expire after 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads.
Digital item sales are final. Because digital products can be copied after delivery, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads, Digital Wallet add-ons, ROM packages, disk images, or other downloadable products once the order is completed or a download link has been issued. If a download link fails or the wrong file was delivered, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem.
Digital Wallet
Digital Wallet is an optional hosted cloud-library add-on for eligible digital purchases. It is intended to let you re-download covered purchases from your Mean Hamster account while Mean Hamster Software remains in business, operates the Digital Wallet service, and can verify that the account or email address belongs to the original purchaser.
Digital Wallet is not a promise of perpetual storage or lifetime service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue hosted account, wallet, or download services, but we will make commercially reasonable efforts to give customers notice and a chance to download their eligible files before a planned shutdown of the Digital Wallet service.
Purchases And Access
You are responsible for keeping your receipt, account email, and local backup copies of downloaded files. If a file is unavailable or a download link fails shortly after purchase, contact support and we will help restore access where the order can be verified.
Physical Orders
Physical products are fulfilled according to the shipping estimate shown on the product page or checkout receipt. Shipping estimates may change because of inventory, carrier, or production delays.
Physical items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be complete and in substantially the same condition as received, except for defects or shipping damage reported to support. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error or by a confirmed defective item. Contact support before returning a physical item so we can match the return to your order.

We collect and use order, payment, download, account, and support information as described in our Privacy Policy.
